A quiet walk

Kathleen walked silently through the run-downs. She was headed towards her home. "Kuramon did you remember to eat all the video footage?" She asked the jellyfish creature floating along behind her. "Yup nothing shows of you taking that stuff." Kathleen nodded. "Good, let's get home." She said. She had taken a cellphone, a laptop, and a bunch of food. She had it all in a shopping cart. It was dark out, and she was hidden.

Around the corner, a fierce battle could be heard, "Shadow Claw!" a boy yelled, "Hand of Fate!" a much older person yelled, the battle could be heard from very far away, above the buildings, a variable clash of elements could be heard, Light colliding with Shadow, "You've never beaten me before San, what gives you the idea now?" the boy asked, "Because Thomas, I have an attack you've never seen." the other said, "Omni Typhoon!" the older voice yelled, "Wing Beat, followed by Black Flame Breath." the boy, called Thomas said, the shadow overcoming the light, which dissapered instantly after, "You can't beat me, which is why I'm number two, and you're number three." Thomas said, the other walking away.

Kathleen cocked her head to the side. "Hey, what do you think that was?" She asked the creature following her. "It sounds like it might have been a fight." It answered. Kathleen shrugged just wanting to get home at this point. She brushed her hair to the side revealing the skin colored bandage over left eye. The hair soon took it's place their again. She sped up so she could reach her house before another dog found her. They were simple to take care of, but she didn't like wasting her time.
